Do you provide customs clearance documents?

Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?

If you select the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping channel, we will handle and cover all customs duties and taxes. For other shipping methods, the responsibility for import duties and taxes rests with the recipient.

What documents will you provide for customs?
