Our devices are designed for reliable daily operation and generally do not require scheduled maintenance when used and stored according to the instructions provided.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, if the product develops a fault caused by a manufacturing or material defect, IBOOLO will provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or other warranty service after evaluation.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, accident, or improper operation
• Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
• Improper storage, handling, or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to follow the user manual, safety instructions, or recommended operating guidelines

The warranty may not apply to consumable or replaceable accessories unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect.
