Très satisfait du IBOOLO DE-3100. La qualité optique est excellente, avec une image très nette et détaillée, aussi bien pour l’observation directe que pour la prise de photos. Les différents modes d’éclairage, notamment polarisé et non polarisé, permettent d’adapter l’observation selon le type de lésion.
L’appareil donne également une vraie impression de matériel professionnel : construction sérieuse, bonne prise en main et aspect rassurant pour le patient. La possibilité de régler précisément la mise au point et l’éclairage est un vrai plus par rapport à des dermatoscopes plus simples.
Je l’ai également testé avec un appareil mobile/tablette : les résultats photographiques sont très bons. Le DE-3100 offre beaucoup de possibilités et une excellente qualité d’image.
Le principal point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne l’identification des différents modes d’éclairage. Avec plusieurs réglages disponibles (ambre, différentes températures de couleur, polarisé/non polarisé), il n’est pas toujours évident de savoir immédiatement quel mode est actif. Quelques petites LED indicatrices sur le manche, avec une indication claire du mode utilisé, rendraient l'appareil beaucoup plus intuitif et permettraient également de reproduire plus facilement les mêmes conditions de prise de vue.
Pour l’utilisation avec une tablette, le système de fixation pourrait aussi être encore optimisé afin de faciliter le centrage de l’objectif et limiter le besoin de zoom.
Au final, un excellent dermatoscope avec une très belle qualité optique, polyvalent et réellement professionnel. Quelques améliorations ergonomiques en feraient un produit quasiment parfait.

My Dermlite DL4 stopped working, so I was looking for a replacement. The DE-3100 meets my expectations, and the pictures look great. It comes with the phone attachment kit, and it would have been nice to have the eyepiece as standard as well for direct viewing of the lesion, rather than having to buy it separately (though it's not expensive). I am super happy with the DE-3100 and would recommend it to everyone! I have been doing skin cancer work since 2005 in Auckland, NZ

Excellant customer service and delivery time. The scope feels solid and well-manufactured, nice hard case to keep it in. The image quality is very good through the phone camera attachment, which is easy to use. Not quite as good with the naked eye as the image isn't clear all the way to the edge, but I intend to use with a phone. More than adequate for my dermoscopy needs as a GP!

This is a fantastic piece of kit for a great price. It easily rivals expensive competitors. It is lovely to hold and images are captured easily via the included clip or optional dedicated phone case. Images are slightly sharper when viewed through a phone vs the naked eye though both options are adequate for diagnostic purposes. The magnetic phone attachment doesn’t feel quite as strong as a dermlite but it certainly does the job very well. I am a GP and have received positive comments from our teledermoscopy service RE: the image quality produced. As an entry level scope, I don’t think you can go wrong with one of these…even better that all necessary attachments are included and there is the option of a dedicated phone case and small contact plate. Customer service was excellent - Iboolo were very helpful in answering questions and delivery was quick. I was updated throughout the whole process. Thank you!
