DE-4100 PRO Dermatoscope Features
The DE-4100 Pro dermatoscope supports detection with the naked eye. Its 32mm wider viewing horizon empowers dermatologists to promptly capture skin lesions without the need for a camera. When utilizing the DE-4100 Pro dermatoscope, magnified details of the skin are displayed with exceptional clarity.
Additionally, its magnetic adapter design allows for easy and straightforward connection to your phone's camera. The phone adapter gives the ability to attach to a smartphone and take pictures in 5 seconds. And it is compatible with all phones in the market. By taking pictures once a month, you can effectively monitor significant skin changes, facilitating better analysis. Regular skin examinations are of paramount importance!
Lighting System
The DE-4100 Pro dermatoscope contain 3 models light system which is polarized,non polarized and 365nm uv light, available in different lesion diagnose situation.
The non polarized light is mainly used to observe superficial skin lesions with the help of visible light;
The polarized light can help to eliminate surface reflection and allow visualization of vascular structures. The instrument allows for visualization for deeper skin structures, such as blood vessels, collagen, and pigment in the dermis.
The UV light is often used for the accurate diagnosis of fungal skin diseases in dermatoscopes, so that the doctor can determine fungal infections through the fluorescent reaction of observing the skin surface.
Additional, the adjustable brightness support help under different detection environment.

As a GP in Australia, I have been using iboolo DE 4100 pro dermoscope for more than a month now. It is proved to be one of the highest quality dermoscopes in the market. Special about this is the affordable cost. I directly ordered from the iboloo itself and arrived in Australia sooner than I expected. In addition, I ordered an additional contact plate and a small contact plate as well. All 3 were given a 10% discount. The images are extremely high quality, especially if you use contact medium like sanitiser gel before capturing pictures.
I would highly recommend thos product to anyone interested in Dermoscopy.

Iboolo DE-4100 is a high quality dermatoscope comparable to Dermlite DL 4/5. It has a solid and smooth aluminum handle. Regarding image quality, DE-4100 does not get as bright or as sharp when tested against a Dermlite DL5 using contact dermoscopy. But it still produces publishable quality images. Distortion control is as good as the DL5 and it has the same viewing diameter. I have not tested the DE-4100's accuracy in rendering polarised specific white structures. It comes fully ready for photography with your mobile phone. In terms of price, it competes against the basic Dermlite DL100. This is excellent value for the money. Overall I think this is a very good dermatoscope for students and trainee doctors. I would certainly recommend this for anyone considering a Dermlite DL100.
Note - The first scope that I received was faulty. Shenzhen Iboolo Optics promptly replaced it with a new working scope via express post free of charge. Their service was excellent.
